One of the better chippies on the north side of Bedford. Oil changed pretty frequently. The batter isn't usually oil-soaked. Chips are fairly large and soft. Does the usual Pukka Pies and other odd stuff. Fish is pretty standard - cod, haddock, plaice, etc.
